maybe you are being picky for some reason I'm unaware of, but perhaps you should recognize that one does not instantly join up to a clan that is top tier unless you are very very skilled, which I gather you are not in this small minority since you are posting on this forum looking for a team. I'm not advocating clan hopping in the slightest, but rather you should evolve your game along with a team that is willing to let you in and have fun WITH you. So much hate on teams like alpha who consistently show up, have fun, and provide a fuckton of servers for the game is completely unwarranted. You should be happy that a clan such as they would be willing to let you in.
I apologize if you have some other reason not to join, such as a personal beef with one of their team leaders or something equally stupid, and this post isn't necessarilly just aimed at you as there are several who fall under this catergory.

I think hes trying to say to not be so picky on what clan you join. If someone is offering you a spot on a team, why not take it? If some top tier team wanted you they would have contacted you but its not happening. If you play next season with a team and shine, people will respect you and maybe if you leave that clan or it disbands, things might be different. Just take whats given to you bro.

Also, if you hang out with these guys, they are probably the funniest, nicest, and stubborn sons of a bitches I know (kim, dw, girt and carter, AND THE DRUNK RUSSIAN..(LOL)). When im not playing competition Im chillen with them because they dont take this game so seriously like its the end of the world if they dont do so well. They are improving, they have a couple of good team captains, and great players. It irrks me too to see two people who would fit right in with this group to be so picky that they wont even give them a chance, who knows, maybe you'll be e-pimped by girts sexy manbear voice.

You can be in lots of clans but it is pretty hard to find a good enviroment as the one in ALPHA, with time people can move on better clans etc, but personally i would always love to be part of something like ALPHA <3!!!
